This coaching leadership program best serves women executives who are in mid-level and senior management roles as well as entrepreneur business leaders.

Ascend Leadership Society is a 6-week program. The first cohort starts August 2023.

Great question. To achieve the best results, we encourage you to set aside 4-6 hours per week for this program. This will account for the 1:1 coaching sessions, expert training happening each week, intentional networking with your community, and time to digest and implement any new learnings or content for that week.

The investment for Ascend Leadership Society is $7,500. This is a business educational expense that can be written off as a tax deduction. Additionally, your company may have a professional development budget that could cover the full or some of the investment. Please inquire with your manager or HR department.

Although this is a 100% online virtual experience, we will present opportunities for in-person networking and coaching. All virtual sessions will be hosted via Zoom.

Congratulations! There will be a virtual graduation ceremony to celebrate your accomplishments and your exciting journey ahead. You will receive a blueprint to implement for the next 6-12 months. During graduation, you’ll also be offered an opportunity to continue to ASCEND and go further in your career goals.
